A Duo of Carhartt WIP x Converse Chuck 70s get unveiled

everyone has at least had a pair of Converse while growing up, without a shadow of a doubt, your parents and grandparents did too. They’re a classic sneaker that’s uncomplicated to style with any outfit. but when was the last time a pair of Chucks were in your sneaker collection? Well, you’re just in the nick of time for the upcoming Carhartt WIP x Converse Chuck 70 High collaboration!

Working in partnership with Carhartt WIP (Carhartt’s sub-brand heavily focused on streetwear style-orientated pieces), the co-branded high-top sneakers will be launching in two sensational colourways including “Hamilton Brown” which boasts a cider brown hue, and “Covert Green” that flaunts a green camouflage finish. Both pairs take on the form of the Chuck 70 silhouette, a modern version of the OG Chuck Taylor All star from the 1970s that everyone knows and love.

Subtle yet very trendy, the duo boasts a thick heavy canvas upper adorned with Carhartt’s famous patch logo on the tongue and Converse’s instantly-recognisable All star emblem on the medial side. Of course, you can’t talk about the Chuck 70s without mentioning the sail-hued thick rubber midsole underneath the feet that uses an outrageous amount of comfort and cushioning.
