Without a shadow of a doubt, the Dior x Air Jordan 1 was the most hyped sneaker collaboration of the year. Blurring the line between high fashion and streetwear, it was crafted from some of the most luxurious materials known to man and available in incredibly limited quantities. Now, it looks like the Parisian fashion house and the Beaverton brand could be reuniting for yet another project, this time for the Dior x Nike Air Max 95.
According to sneaker insider @ph__community, Dior’s take on the AM95 will arrive in two colourways including “Orange” and “Volt”. While these are just very early mock-ups for now, reports state that the upper will be crafted from the same Italian calf leather as the Air Jordan 1 and will be decorated by the French company’s signature logo. This is all done atop Sergio Lozano’s anatomically-inspired design, resulting in the ideal clash of classic and contemporary.

Down below, you’ll find a clean white Nike Air midsole that’s as chunky as it gets, and rounding it all off is a finely embroidered Swoosh along the heel, finalising the design.
Again, it’s worth noting that these are just very early mock-ups for now, but the reports themselves are pretty solid! set to arrive sometime in 2021, the Dior x Nike Air Max 95 is set to change the game once again, so make sure you keep it locked at The Sole provider for much more news as it develops! let us know what you think of this sought after collab, and while you’re here, you might as well take an on-foot look at the Futura x Off-White x Nike SB dunk low “UNC”!
